FAQs
Online Payments

What is an Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment?

ACH payments are payments that are automatically deducted monthly from your bank account. You may also schedule a one time payment.

Your payment may be for the account balance, the last statement balance, the minimum payment due, or any other amount you specify.

How can I schedule an ACH payment?

You may schedule an ACH Payment online:

  1. Log onto your account (first time users must register)
  2. From the Account Summary Page, select the “Make a Payment” button
  3. Add at least one bank profile (you will need your bank account number and the transit/routing number from one of your checks; the page shows you how to identify these numbers)
  4. Schedule your one-time or auto payment
  5. Submit your request

You may also use our automated system at 1‑877‑891‑7827 (STAR) (Additional telephone numbers) to schedule a payment or speak to a representative who will be happy to assist you.

Will my auto ACH payments automatically stop once the account has been paid in full?

No. Even though you have an auto ACH payment, an ACH payment will not be requested from your bank unless you have a balance. If you have a balance on your account in the future, your auto ACH payment will resume.

If you wish to permanently stop an auto ACH payment you must:

  1. Log onto your account
  2. From the Account Summary Page, select the “Make a Payment” button
  3. Cancel the auto payment

Will my ACH payment be available for use immediately?

Your open-to-buy may not be updated for up to five days.
