† The MILITARY STAR Rewards Program is offered by the Exchange Credit Program. All cardholders are automatically enrolled in the MILITARY STAR Rewards Program and will earn 2% rewards on every purchase. 2% equals 2 points for every $1 on qualifying purchases at all military exchanges, commissaries, and other participating locations. Rewards cards are delivered to the email on your MILITARY STAR account after 2,000 points are earned. Rewards cards are issued in $20 increments. Points are calculated on the final amount charged to the MILITARY STAR account. Returns will be deducted from your available points, even if you have already received a rewards card and may result in a negative points balance. Points and rewards cards have no monetary value and cannot be used as payment on any account. Rewards exclude Military Clothing Plan. Rewards points will not expire as long as you have purchase activity at least once every 12 months. Rules are subject to change without prior notice.

No minimum purchase or down payment is required. Estimate the monthly payments by dividing the new balance (including the purchase) by 12 months. The non-variable APR for purchases qualifying for the Military Clothing Plan is 0.00%.

** Your Interest Charges may be temporarily reduced based on military activation or deployment. The reduced interest rate will be effective for the duration of your activation or deployment. Minimum interest charge: 50 cents. At the end of your activation or deployment, the Interest Charges will return to the rates then in effect under this Agreement. To request a temporary reduction in Interest Charges, you or your representative must provide a copy of your activation or deployment orders to us by sending them: (1) by email to deployment@aafes.com; (2) by facsimile transmission to (214) 465-2997; or (3) by mail addressed to the Exchange Credit Program, PO Box 650410, Dallas, TX 75265-0410.
