Online Payments

What is an Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment?

ACH payments are payments that are automatically deducted from your bank account. You may schedule a recurring ACH payment to request a payment weekly, biweekly, or monthly. You may also schedule a one‑time payment.

Your payment may be for the account balance, the last statement balance, the minimum payment due, or any other amount you specify.

How can I schedule an ACH payment?

You may schedule an ACH Payment online:

  1. Log onto your account (first time users must register)
  2. From the Account Summary Page, select the “Make a Payment” button
  3. Add at least one bank profile (you will need your bank account number and the transit/routing number from one of your checks; the page shows you how to identify these numbers)
  4. Schedule your one-time or recurring payment
  5. Submit your request

You may also use our automated system at 1‑877‑891‑7827 (STAR) (Additional telephone numbers) to schedule a payment or speak to a representative who will be happy to assist you.

Will my recurring ACH payments automatically stop once the account has been paid in full?

No. Even though you have a recurring ACH payment, an ACH payment will not be requested from your bank unless you have a balance. If you have a balance on your account in the future, your recurring ACH payment will resume.

If you wish to permanently stop a recurring ACH payment you must:

  1. Log onto your account
  2. From the Account Summary Page, select the “Make a Payment” button
  3. Cancel the recurring payment

Will my ACH payment be available for use immediately?

Your open-to-buy may not be updated for up to five days.
